Client Care team leader wins excellence award

A huge congratulations to our fabulous Client Care Team Leader, Tom Clarke for winning ‘Excellent Employee of 2021’ at this year’s Watford Bid Service Excellence Awards!

Tom always goes above and beyond to help our customers with their designs, software products, online training and much more. He has received multiple 5* reviews from our customers.

Watford BID represents over 350 businesses in the town centre, supporting Watford’s culturally diverse population of 90,000. Their ongoing work has successfully supported businesses and their employees, while developing a sense of community in Watford.

BID stands for ‘Business Improvement District’ and there are over 330 of them in the UK. BIDs are a great way for local businesses and organisations to work together to tackle issues that affect their trading environment. Problems which are too large or widespread for any one business to address can be solved by all businesses coming together to finance and manage improvements. This can increase footfall, make it easier to retain staff, solve difficult issues and ultimately result in higher profits.
