KBBConnect produces quotes in a very orderly fashion, resulting in consistency across all projects.
Ipswich-based Anderson Kitchens & Bathrooms is a long-term user of the KBBConnect software from Smart Systems.
Prior to installing KBBConnect the company used Excel spreadsheets to produce quotes, but wanted to automate and considerably speed up the process. A move to the ArtiCAD-Pro design software about six years ago prompted the choice of KBBConnect, as the two products have been optimised to provide a complete design/quoting solution.
Once the initial design is produced in ArtiCAD-Pro, KBBConnect is used to automatically price up the project using access to the relevant manufacturers’ catalogues.
Karen Anderson: “KBBConnect produces quotes in a very orderly fashion, which means that we have consistency across all our projects. We also use the system for delivery notes, sales invoicing, tracking what is in stock in the warehouse, picking and despatch notes.
“I particularly like the flexibility of KBBConnect in that I can modify reports, for example, to produce exactly what we need for the business, rather than having to use a standard format. In addition, if a manufacturer’s catalogue is not available, Smart Systems has been very fast in providing access to it so that our project is not delayed.”
Anderson Kitchens & Bathrooms uses KBBConnect’s analytics to provide quarterly reports.
