KBBConnect for First Interiors bathroom business
First Interiors uses KBBConnect software to produce quotations on all its bathroom projects.
Torbay-based First Interiors is using the KBBConnect system from Smart Systems to produce quotations on all its bathroom projects. Designs are created in the company’s CAD system with the details of the products then being transferred to KBBConnect which compiles prices from the relevant catalogues.
The design and quotation is emailed to the customer, and once approved the information is sent from KBBConnect direct to the suppliers for fulfilment.

First Interiors has two showrooms, one specialising in bathrooms, the other in kitchens and bedrooms.
The bathroom side of the business offers a offers a full supply and install service, fitting two to three full bathroom refurbishments per month as well replacement of individual items such as a new enclosure. First Interiors also supplies a wide range of products to customers who prefer supply only and have their own contractors.
There is also considerable demand for the replacement of bathrooms with shower rooms to cater for the needs of a relatively elderly population in the area.
