ArtiCAD RoomStyler provides visitors to the Uform consumer website with an innovative interactive tool to help them get a general feel of a door frontal choice and colour on a traditional and contemporary kitchen design.
The complete Kitchen Stori range is available, with a carefully selected palette of colours. Sara Cotter, Marketing Manager at Uform: “We currently have twenty four painted ranges but felt that to include all of them in Styler might confuse the consumer’s journey and make it over complicated, so we have focused on our most popular range of colours.”
The site went live, with RoomStyler in place. The initial response has been over whelming. The general feedback has been that the room styler is “simple and easy to use, which was the key objective.
“By giving our customers access to RoomStyler, they are able to play around with different colour options to help their decision making process before even contacting one of our retailers.”
Uform has been working with ArtiCAD for many years, and is an active member of the company’s Supplier Partnership Programme. They were keen to adopt RoomStyler as an example of ArtiCAD’s portfolio of online productivity tools.
“RoomStyler is acting as an additional call to action and lead generator on the Kitchen Stori web site. It encourages the user to leave their details. In fact some of our approved retailers have already said they will be using RoomStyler themselves as part of their own sales activities – which is a further benefit to us as it will widen the promotion of our products.”
ArtiCAD RoomStyler, using patented technology and written in HTML5, enables the resultant presentations to work on desktop, mobile, tablet (including Apple iPad) or kiosk touchscreen devices, without the need to download anything.
Presentations generated in this versatile technology can be deployed online or offline. It interfaces seamlessly with ArtiCAD’s desktop design software (ArtiCAD-Pro) and 2D online planner, ArtiCAD RoomPlanner, enabling the capture of room dimensions as well.
