Smeg joins the Supplier Partnership Programme
The iconic Italian appliance brand, Smeg, is now a member of the ArtiCAD Supplier Partnership Programme. A comprehensive graphics catalogue of all the company’s products is available for ArtiCAD-Pro users to browse and select for their kitchen designs. Although the Smeg brand in the UK may be most frequently associated with the beautiful colours and lines of its 50s Style range, the company manufactures an extensive range of award winning appliances, from its diverse collections of built-in ovens, compacts and integrated hobs, through to hero range cooking.
It is Smeg’s built-in appliances which will form the core of the new ArtiCAD partnership project. Designers will have plenty to choose from, within the Smeg portfolio of some 1,200 products with fantastic choice on aesthetic design lines, materials, specifications tailored to suit a range of kitchen schemes. The range also includes of Smeg’s connected appliances, hood in hob (HOBD) extractor, wine cooling, integrated refrigeration, dishwashing & laundry alongside co-ordinating sinks & taps.

Smeg was founded in 1948 and is still a family-owned enterprise. Originally set up as a metal enameller in Guastalla, Reggio Emillia, Italy, the company spotted a gap in the market to manufacture appliances designed to improve and automate the kitchen more and more, post-war.
