KBBSmart, which has been used from day one of the business, is very cost effective, functional and easy to use.
Lansdown Bathroom Supplies is an independent bathroom store, selling to both retail customers and the trade from its showroom in Cheltenham. When the company was founded some four years ago, the majority of its business came from local builders, but more recently the retail customer base has expanded, driven by word of mouth and recommendations.
The team of three at Lansdown are using both KBBSmart business management software, from Smart Systems, and ArtiCAD-Pro, for design.
KBBSmart, which has been used from day one of the business, is “very cost effective, functional and easy to use. We use it throughout the course of the sales process, for pricing, invoicing, delivery notes and everything in-between,” said David Herbert of Lansdown.
A year later the company bought the ArtiCAD-Pro software to improve the professionalism of the company’s design capabilities.
“All the manufacturers’ catalogues we need are included in KBBSmart, making it extremely fast and easy to produce quotations – typically just 10 minutes – for all the items, including tiles, flooring, towel rails etc.
“We could not operate without KBBSmart.”
