Our ArtiCAD software training options have been refined over the last 30 years to ensure top quality content is delivered to all the markets that we serve.
Each option is designed to make sure that you understand the software, what it is capable of – and, most importantly, what it can do for your business. We deliver three types of training:
In-house – in a dedicated training suite at your local ArtiCAD office
On-site – at your premises or a facility specified by you
Our developed ‘Train the Trainer’ course aims to deliver effective and ongoing training for organisations with multiple designers. ArtiCAD can facilitate all of the initial training of your team, but you may also prefer to nominate one individual to become an internal ArtiCAD ‘Super User’ to:
Provide 1st line ArtiCAD support to your design and surveying teams
Capture and resolve design, technical and software activation queries
Provide on-going ArtiCAD system training to your team
Communicate changes to your graphics and pricing libraries to ArtiCAD
Under the umbrella of the ArtiCAD Academy, education and training initiatives are sponsored and facilitated. These initiatives are provided both by ArtiCAD and by Academy partners.
ArtiCAD is proud to be partnered with some of the top experts in the UK Market. Our Academy Partner training courses such as ‘The Principles of Kitchen Design’ and ‘Sales and Customer Care’ are initially available in the UK only and aim to broaden skills to capture leads and optimise sales.
