Meet Jacob!

“Hi, I’m Jacob! I’m 21 and from a small town in Hertfordshire called Tring. I love Formula 1, my favourite team is Mclaren. Outside of work I enjoy cooking for my family and socialising with friends. I also enjoy playing Badminton with my colleagues in the Client Care Team.”

Fun Fact about Jacob: “I own a bearded dragon called Biscuit!”

Jacob’s ArtiCAD journey began in our Client Services Team in 2020. Prior to working with us at ArtiCAD, Jacob worked as a Kitchen Designer in a showroom in Berkhamsted, using ArtiCAD daily to design and present kitchens to clients.

Praised for his on-going support to our users, and extensive knowledge of the KBB industry, it was only fitting that Jacob take on the role as Training Manager. Jacob has started presenting ArtiCAD’s training courses. Every week he trains multiple new users on our CAD software as well as existing users on our new developments and features in the program.

“I enjoy training as I get to meet our customers. Working in support, it’s great to put faces to names! I feel a sense of accomplishment when customers leave training. It’s very rewarding to see people use the system to a high standard.”
